Blás na hEireann finalist. This is a soft set or creamed honey is created by simply mixing it over a period of time until the correct consistency is achieved. The machine slowly mixes the honey for 15 minutes and then switches off for an hour. This is repeated for anything from 3 days up to 2 weeks depending on the honey.
It's made using 100% raw Dublin honey from bees on Olly's Farm in Glenasmole and nothing else, some people believe that cream is added because of the name creamed. It’s very popular in the UK as a breakfast honey.
